More about Dr. Narayan Singh Khalsa / Michael J. Lincoln

This is a listing of many of the writings of NARAYAN-SINGH (Narayan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D.), who was also formerly known as both Michael J. Ebner, Michael J. Lincoln and Michael Lincoln-Ebner. These materials are highly condensed and compact presentations of rather profound, pithy and powerful information. They often require brief reading sessions with frequent breaks to assimilate the information and its implications. Many of the writings have been found to be quite healing and often transformative in their impact. However, they are very intense and dense, and they require an ability to respond to such germinal reading material. That is, they are not for everybody.

The materials span the period from 1966 to the present, and their styles and contents reflect such a lengthy and tumultuous time of growth and change. Each item is briefly described as a guide for your selection. Also included are several writings from other authors which are so relevant that they are offered here. The writings are listed under several headings, covering various overlapping fields of interest. They are as follows:

SACRED PHENOMENA -- discussions of sacred-secular integration and applications, along with sacredly relevant resources.

PERSONALITY PATTERNS -- presentations of personality development, operation and modification, along with some devices for examining one’s personality.

RELATIONSHIP ISSUES -- relevant aspects and parameters of how personal impacts of the collapse of the paranoid patriarchy.

THE CURRENT SCENE -- where we are at in this pivotal period of the human evolutionary process, how we got here, and where we are going.

THE HEALING & CHANGE PROCESS -- what happens when we find ourselves evolving to higher levels of beingness, both pragmatically and sacredly.

ASSESSMENT APPROACHES -- resources for comprehending who some one is, where they are going and what is happening with them, how a system operates, or the effects of environments, along with some formal assessment instruments.

INTERVENTION STRATEGIES -- materials related to the process of systematic change-induction for healing, growth or sacred development purposes.

CHILDREN’s NEEDS -- information regarding children, working with children, and children’s needs, especially for those in the child-rearing, teaching, care and treatment fields.

In each section, there is a heading, "STRONGLY RECOMMENDED READINGS". These refer to materials that are so valuable that it was desired to alert you to their existence, nature and merits. If you are interested in any of them, indicate it on your order, and Narayan-Singh will facilitate your access to the materials.

Following the list of writings is a Cassette Catalog which offers a selection of taped lectures on various topics and covering the period from 1983 to the present. They are organized under the same headings as are the writings.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED READINGS IN HEART-CENTERED FACE READING

Face Reading: What Does Your Face Say? (1994) [By Barbara Roberts]

A spin-off by one of Narayan-Singh’s students who has been presenting it on television and to groups for some years now. It presents the "intuitive" face-reading method, along with a practical guide to the physical features and facial zones, complete with pictures and drawings. She completes with relationship analysis. It is heartily recommend.

(To order this book, write to Barbara Roberts, P.O. Box 230142, Encinitas, CA 92023)

Reading Faces (1981) [By Leopold Bellak and Sam Sinclair Baker]

A brilliant introduction and overview of face reading that takes it to the "trait-reading" level of depth. There are some errors of interpretations (such as that left-handedness reverses the right-left sides of the face meanings), their definitions of the halves leave something to be desired and they conflict somewhat with Narayan-Singh’s, they are not aware of the quadrants and the face readings tend to be rather shallow. Nevertheless, it is a fine piece of work that provides much of value.
